Booking and payment-tracking software for venues that host artists. One screen for your gigs, your DJs, and who's still owed — built around the receipts you already get.
Tracks the rails you already pay on Zelle · Venmo · Cash App · Check · Cash
Your booking day, today
A spreadsheet with this Friday's set times, a notes app with the booker's phone number, and a group chat asking again about the deposit.
A drawer of paper checks no one has picked up, a screenshot of a Zelle confirmation forwarded last Tuesday, a Venmo handle written on the back of a flyer.
January arrives. You sort eleven months of payouts by DJ, by venue, by rail. You email everyone the totals you can find.
What changes
Forward a Zelle, Venmo, or Cash App email to
pay@yourvenue.rosterflow.co.
Rosterflow matches the amount and the DJ, marks the gig Paid, and stops the
reminder clock. The receipt is the record.
Two bookings hit the same room at the same hour. Rosterflow flags it the moment they collide — at booking time, not Friday at 8.
Year-end totals per DJ, per rail. Export to your accountant in one click.
| Contractor | Rail | 2026 YTD |
|---|---|---|
| Carla | Zelle | $8,400.00 |
| Ricardo | Venmo | $11,250.00 |
| Alejandro | Check | $6,800.00 |
| Tomas | Cash App | $4,200.00 |
When the room is busy
A calendar tells you Friday at 10 is full. It doesn't tell you the deposit on the headliner hasn't cleared, the rider is sitting in someone's inbox, the support act needs the back room not the main, and the owner wants sign-off before the contract goes out. The planner does.
Common questions
You pay your DJs the way you already do — Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, check, cash. Forward the notification email to your venue's dedicated Rosterflow address and the matching gig auto-marks paid. Checks and cash get a one-click manual mark.
You mark the gig paid by hand. Same screen, two clicks. The parser covers Zelle, Venmo, and Cash App notification emails out of the box.
We help you import the last twelve months of payouts from your spreadsheet on request. CSV otherwise.
If you book artists into a venue, and you'd rather your booker spend Friday afternoon on the room and not the spreadsheet, tell us about the venue.
